The app features a gong sound that signals when to change hand positions during Reiki treatments. This allows practitioners to concentrate on the energy flow rather than monitoring the timing of each position.

How to use this app:

1. Determine the duration for each hand position and the number of repetitions. For instance, if you wish to send Reiki for 3 minutes across 7 different positions, set the duration to 3 minutes and repetitions to 7.
2. Click 'begin' to activate the timer. Once you have completed the session, select 'stop timer' to end.
3. Commence your Reiki meditation. After each cycle, the soothing gong sound will serve as a reminder to adjust your hand positions.
4. For additional guidance, click on the '?' icon within the app.
